The training can be live online or through a short course on a learning management system. The latter can be taken at the team member’s convenience and the built-in testing and examinations ensure that the team member has a reasonable understanding of the course materials and evidence in a form of a certificate of completion that they have successfully completed the course.
This learning management system can also be used for the induction of staff and volunteers with respect to systems, policies and occupational health and safety standards.
